Draw Time: 03:00 PM IST
The Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries, established in 1967 under the Department of Finance, Government of Kerala, conducts transparent, mechanized public draws daily at 3:00 PM. Held at Gorky Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, in the presence of an independent judging panel and government officials, these draws provide structured financial opportunities while raising revenue for social welfare schemes and healthcare initiatives throughout Kerala.
Our digital portal provides real-time access to the official daily Kerala Lottery PDF result sheets. This enables participants to inspect winning numbers, series serials, and consolation allotments directly from authenticated sources without navigating complex government databases.
The Kerala Lottery Department operates seven distinct weekly lotteries, with special bumper draws organized during major festivals such as Onam, Vishu, Pooja, and New Year. Below is the updated operational roster:

Winning claims up to ₹1 Lakh can be processed and encashed directly through registered lottery agencies or District Lottery Offices (DLO) across all 14 districts of Kerala.
Amounts exceeding ₹1 Lakh must be presented directly to the Directorate of State Lotteries, Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, or surrendered via a nationalized bank with proper receipts.
All winning tickets must be produced within 30 calendar days from the official draw date. Submissions beyond this period require exceptional scrutiny and written sanction from the Director.
Claimants must submit original, self-attested documentation along with their claim file to avoid processing delays or rejection:
According to the Income Tax Act, 1961 of India, all lottery prizes exceeding ₹10,000 are subject to mandatory tax deduction at source (TDS):
Section 194B Compliance: A flat 30% TDS is deducted by the State Government before disbursing any prize exceeding ₹10,000. In addition, an applicable surcharge and educational cess (4%) are levied. No deductions under Chapter VI-A (such as 80C or 80D) or basic income tax exemption thresholds are applicable against lottery earnings. The government provides the winner with a TDS Certificate (Form 16A) for filing annual income tax returns.
